Verdone Non Filtrato is an extra virgin olive oil produced directly in our mill in Capalbio, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. It is a 100% Italian oil, obtained by pressing olives exclusively from the Capalbio area. It is an unfiltered oil, so it remains cloudy and you may find organic deposits at the bottom, which is a sign of the product's quality.
Taste:
Intensely fruity, tomato leaf, artichoke, distinct bitter chicory, medium chilli pepper spiciness.

Conservation
The ideal storage temperature is between 12 and 15 °C, away from direct light and heat sources. We recommend tightly closing the cap to avoid contact with the air and thus premature oxidation of the product.
