Selvanera is an extra virgin olive oil produced at our mill in Capalbio, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. It is made from carefully selected local olives, processed within a few hours of harvesting to preserve their aromas and quality. A 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, fully traceable and obtained through cold pressing.
 
Taste:
Strong and structured, with medium-intensity and complex fruitiness, hints of Mediterranean scrub, a slight toasty note, and hints of dandelion and rocket. Medium-high bitterness and pungency, well-balanced.
