100% Italian organic extra virgin olive oil, produced at our mill in Capalbio, in the Tuscan Maremma. Light to medium fruitiness with notes of nuts, green notes, and hints of artichoke, grass and almond. The bitterness and pungency are subtle yet distinct, and well-balanced.
