100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, produced at our mill in Capalbio, in the Tuscan Maremma. Full-bodied and robust, with a medium-complex fruitiness, hints of Mediterranean scrub, a slight toasty note, and hints of dandelion and rocket. Medium-high levels of bitterness and pungency, well balanced.
