Selvanera Monocultivar Frantoio Bio is an organic extra virgin olive oil, produced at our mill in Capalbio, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. Made from locally grown organic olives, harvested and processed quickly to preserve freshness and quality. A 100% Italian organic extra virgin olive oil, traceable, certified and obtained through cold pressing.

Distinct and complex, with notes of almond, artichoke, chicory, nuts and light toasted notes. Intense fruitiness, with distinct and harmonious bitter and spicy notes.

The ideal storage temperature is between 12 and 15 °C, away from direct light and heat sources. We recommend closing the cap tightly to prevent contact with the air and thus premature oxidation of the product.
