100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, produced at our mill in Capalbio, in the Tuscan Maremma. Delicate and harmonious, with green vegetal notes of cut grass and olive leaves. Light to medium fruitiness with hints of sweet almond. Mild bitterness and medium pungency, pleasantly balanced.
