Selvanera Bio is an organic extra virgin olive oil, produced at our mill in Capalbio, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. Made from locally grown organic olives, harvested and processed quickly to preserve their freshness and quality. A 100% Italian organic extra virgin olive oil, traceable, certified and obtained through cold pressing.
Taste:
Light to medium fruitiness with nutty notes, green undertones, and hints of artichoke, grass and almond. Mild but distinct bitterness and pungency, well-balanced.

The ideal storage temperature is between 12 and 15 °C, away from direct light and heat sources. We recommend tightly closing the cap to avoid contact with the air and thus premature oxidation of the product.
