100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, produced at our mill in Capalbio, in the Tuscan Maremma. Hints of nuts and a sweet initial taste with medium fruitiness. Well-integrated bitterness and pungency, with the pungency being more persistent. Good complexity and a balanced flavour profile.
