Terre is an extra virgin olive oil produced at our mill in Capalbio, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. It is made from carefully selected local olives, processed within a few hours of harvesting to preserve their aromas and quality. A 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, traceable and obtained through cold pressing.
Taste:
Medium fruitiness with a predominant note of artichoke, alongside nuts and fruity notes. A dominant pungency that slightly outweighs the bitterness.

The ideal storage temperature is between 12 and 15 °C, away from direct light and heat sources. We recommend tightly closing the cap to avoid contact with the air and thus premature oxidation of the product.
