Settefinestre is an extra virgin olive oil produced at our mill in Capalbio, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. It is made from carefully selected local olives, processed within a few hours of harvesting to preserve their aromas and quality. A 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, fully traceable and obtained through cold pressing.
 

 
Taste:
 
Delicate and harmonious, with green vegetal notes of cut grass and olive leaves. Light to medium fruitiness of sweet almond. Mild bitterness and medium pungency, pleasantly balanced.
